My septum is a little crooked, but I want to leave the silicone implant as it is and just raise the tip of my nose a bit more. Is revision surgery possible like that too? Usually I see people remove the implant entirely or reconstruct because of contracture deformity, but I’m wondering if there are cases like mine too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
