For my first nose surgery, I used ear cartilage, and I’m looking into revision surgery now. Everyone, for surgery using rib cartilage, did the area where the rib-cartilage surgery was done not scar? I think I saw that they make the incision near the breast line. About how long is the incision? Why does the rib-cartilage surgery feel scarier than the nose for no reasonㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
