I'm in my 8th year after a nasal tip procedure using septal cartilage without an implant. If I have it completely removed, would I need nasal tip cartilage repositioning? I've never had contracture or inflammation until now, but could I end up with an upturned nose, or could contracture occur after removal? I also had hump nose osteotomy, but since I didn't use silicone at all, I don't think the nasal bridge will get lower. I'm worried about the nasal tip though. Could everyone share hospital information and reviews?
