Consultation review - 4 places

I went for consultations at plastic surgery clinics today^^: I made same-day appointments by phone and went. Oh, my nose is small and low; the alar base is also broad..-_-; First, the well-known ㅅㅇ. Since it's such a well-known place, there were quite a lot of people. I even saw someone who looked like they had just had surgery... I had a consultation with Dr. ㅊ, and they said I would need 4 mm silicone and cartilage sculpting for the nasal tip. And with revision double-eyelid surgery, it came out to 4 million won. Next, I went to ㅅㅅㅁ. It was a small place and relatively quiet, but the doctor and nurse were very kind. They said the double-eyelid line wasn't smooth, so they would smooth it out, raise the bridge by 3 mm with silicone, and sculpt the nasal tip with cartilage, for 3.8 million won. This place seemed to really pursue a very natural look...(especially) Then I went to ㅎㄷㄱ Plastic Surgery. This place had a lot of people and was very hectic... (They said same-day consultation appointments weren't possible and told me to just wait; it felt like their time management wasn't very good;) Here, they said not to touch my eyes and to do only my nose. They said my glabella was slightly wide, but doing the nose would cover it.. They said they don't use Gore-Tex these days, and with 4 mm silicone plus cartilage nasal-tip sculpting, it came out to 2 million won. Here, they said my nose was an easy case and that just doing the nose would change my impression... Ah, and lastly, I went to ㅅㅎ Plastic Surgery. Actually, it was the hospital where I had surgery before, so I went feeling comfortable, but they said they would redo the finishing at the end of the double-eyelid line, raise the bridge 4 mm with Gore-Tex, and do the nasal tip with AlloDerm, for 2 million won. Now that I've written it out, it's really long-winded; Ah, but I'm really worried about my nose. What should I do... If anyone knows a place that's good at noses, could you recommend it to me by private message?;;
