10 years ago, I had nasal tip surgery with a 2 mm silicone nasal bridge implant and septal cartilage tying. Now it feels like the silicone is gradually becoming visible, so I am looking into hospitals for removal. But after deciding to remove it, a step-off between the point where the silicone ends and the nasal ala/nasal tip has started to become more and more noticeableㅠㅠ And when I divide my nose in half, the right nasal tip becomes hard, as if there is a bead inside. Is this also one of the signs of contracture? Fortunately, there is no redness or pain. I am going around for hospital consultations next week, and I want to get it removed quicklyㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
