I don’t have a septum because of rhinitis surgery. I had silicone inserted and used ear cartilage, but it became a low avatar-like nose, so I had it removed. About 4 years have passed, and I’m thinking of doing it again, but I have no material at all..
My nose is extremely low, like IU’s. So rather than making it extremely high, I want to add some three-dimensional definition.
The shape of the nasal tip!! Since it has been opened several times now, my columella has retracted because of scarring. Also, my nasal alae droop and have no support.
