I had silicone in my nasal bridge and septal cartilage in my nasal tip in Seoul 9 years ago, and now that 12 years have passed, I want revision surgery because the tip has drooped in appearance. Please recommend a good place in Busan for revision nose surgery. The midface is long, so if I get a very glamorous nose, I think my face will look even longer. I think a shorter nose would suit me better, what do you think?
