If you put an implant in a white nose, does it look very crooked? At first, I had surgery without an implant and had surgery for a deviated septum, but my nose is still very crooked, so I’m planning to have revision surgery. They said that if I put in silicone, I should take into account that the nose may look a little crooked. How noticeable is it?
