I'm planning to have my nose implant removed, but between an ENT clinic and a plastic surgery clinic, where would be better for removal? I'm not getting revision surgery, just simple removalㅜㅜ I'm debating whether to go to a well-known ENT clinic in my area or a plastic surgery clinic specializing in removals. I feel like an ENT might be better at correcting deviated cartilage, so I'm tornㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
