12 years ago, I had surgery with silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage at the nasal tip. For the past few days, the tip of my nose is fine if I stay still, and people say it doesn't look particularly abnormal either, but it hurts when I touch it ㅠㅠ Could there be a possibility of inflammation even in a case like this? So I'm looking into clinics here and there, but consultations aren't being scheduled right away, so it's frustrating ㅠㅠ Should I at least go to a nearby ENT first and get examined? ㅠㅠ I'm really depressed

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
