It’s been 15 years since the surgery, and aside from the ear cartilage showing slightly, there are no other issues, but I really don’t like the shape, so I’m thinking of total removal. My nose is too long and pointed right now, so I’m wondering if total removal could make it a bit lower and more natural. I’m scared of side effects or sagging after removal, but I heard there aren’t many people who remove it just because of the shape like me, so I’m really worried I might regret itㅠ
