After my 2nd nose surgery, my nose turned into a witch nose, so I agonized like crazy over whether to remove it or not, but when I was debating whether to do it, I thought I should just do it haha so I had it removed. I was really scared my nose would collapse, but it went back to my originally low nose. I don't really remember my natural pre-surgery nose, but I think it's similar after looking at photos lol. For now, I think it's better than being high and pointy. I'm just going to live with it. I won't touch my nose anymore and will just lose weight instead I hope everyone succeeds
