Is there anyone here with a case like mine who had total removal done cleanly without issues from total removal, nasal tip upturning, or columellar retraction? My current nose is a bulbous nose with somewhat thick skin, and what remains in my nose is septal extension and ear cartilage. From the side, the nasal tip is higher than my original nose. Originally, I had a hump and a drooping nasal tip. Oh, and when I removed the silicone, there was no inflammation or contracture at all; I had it taken out quickly because of psychological anxiety. What I’m curious about is that my original nose had a drooping nasal tip, but 2 years ago during my first surgery, the nasal tip was raised with septal extension...
