When I had rhinitis surgery, I developed a saddle nose, so a small implant was inserted. But after 9 years, side effects appeared. The implant shows through reddish, and the color is turning brown too. I want to have removal surgery. Is there a place that does removal surgery well? Also, after removal, I do not know whether I will need to reconstruct the lowered nose again, so I am looking for a place good at both removal and nose surgery.
