Today I went to consultations at two places in Apgujeong. My main goal is removing L-shaped silicone, and if necessary, I’m considering nasal tip surgery. My nose currently only has an L-shaped implant in it. First, ㅍㄹㅁ said that just removing it through a closed approach and only repositioning the pinched nasal tip wouldn’t be bad. ㅇㅅㅅㅇㅌ said that after removing the silicone, donor costal cartilage should be used as support for the nasal tip and ear cartilage should be used for the alae, that repositioning alone is impossible and it will definitely collapse, and that if needed, we should put in 12 mm silicone.
