It’s been 2 weeks since my second removal surgery. The nostril asymmetry was worse than after my first surgery. Maybe because they only opened the right side this time, the right side has gone up a lot. Can it come down a bit over time? I don’t think I’ll have any more removal surgeries, but right now I want to cry whenever I look in the mirrorㅠㅠ What can I do to make it better? Or should I wait and watch the progress a bit more… I’m so upset I can’t sleepㅠ The nasal tip filler also seems to have migrated after surgery, so it looks bumpy, like it’s sunken in. I need to deal with the spread-out filler first before figuring out what to do about the uneven nostrils, but since I’m still recovering, ah…
