My original nose had almost no bridge, and from the front it looked almost like a newborn’s, with only a very tiny bit of nostril showing. After full removal, will it become a contracted upturned nose? 2. I heard a nose that has been operated on once stays hard even after removal. Is that true? I think I can still do the pig-nose test. 3. Some people only remove the bridge and leave the tip as is, but for a nose like mine, if only the bridge is removed, the tip seems like it would rise a lot...
