Looking at my chart, it says I had extension and a spreader graft. Could this be a problem when removing the silicone? Does a spreader graft affect the shape of the nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
