I’m thinking about removing the silicone in my nose. It’s been about 14 years since my first surgery, and I haven’t had any complications until now, but recently my nasal tip seemed a bit strange, so I wondered if the silicone was showing through and searched around, then ended up in this community. I was looking to see if it might be a complication, and after seeing posts saying they developed contracture, I feel like I have contracture too, and somehow it feels like I can feel the silicone when I touch it. I’m going crazy ㅜㅜ These days I go to work and can’t focus on anything, I’m not eating, and I can’t take proper care of the kids ㅜㅜ And I’ve gone as far as thinking about silicone removal and made a hospital appointment, but I live outside the capital area, so I booked in Busan. For people who had removal, any tips for the consultation…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
