I had everything in my nose removed, including the septal cartilage. It's been about 15 days since removal, but my nose shape is standing up and looks pretty. What is going on? I didn't do any cartilage tying or anything like that. Does it spread out over time or something? Does it spread out as time passes? People who had removal, please tell me your experience. Does it change a lot from the beginning?
