My natural nose was a small dragon nose that I’d heard looked pretty from the side. They even sent me back, saying it was a nose worth about 75 points and that I didn’t really need to touch it, but whenever I took photos, my nose looked spread out, so my complex flared up and I impulsively got it done. Meanwhile, I was scared of side effects, so I raised only the nasal tip with ear cartilage, without silicone. So after the first surgery, almost no one noticed, and it looked natural. The problem was that the ear cartilage got absorbed really quickly, and within half a year it lifted up looking very blunt. It was worse than my natural nose, so I was going crazy.
