Has anyone had only the nasal tip done with septal cartilage and ear cartilage and then had inflammation or contracture, or columellar retraction?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
