<After surgery ^^><Before surgery lol>This is my first time writing a post. For 2 years after my rhinoplasty, I lived without realizing how bad it was, but I was shocked after seeing a rear-camera photo my friend took of me, and for the past half year I've been living under stress.
In the plastic surgery review on the hospital blog that they wrote themselves, it says they did columella extension by grafting ear cartilage to the columella (both sides of my ear cartilage are still completely intact right now, they didn't even use it). When I had my nose consultation, they said if I brought in a reference image, they would match it as much as possible, so I brought Shin Se-kyung's nose. My original nose was a high hump nose, so rather than nose height, I asked them to pay more attention to the nasal tip ratio like Shin Se-kyung's (columella and nostril/alar area) and just removing the hump.
It's mostly my fault for not checking properly at the time and for living so busily while working, and I didn't know it would change this much, but it kept getting weirder and ended up like this lololol
I was in my early 20s, so I trusted them and had it done at a hospital that was at least famous for hump noses and bulbous noses, by a doctor said to be good under the head director, but what is this lol The last photo is the before-surgery photo^^ Ha lololol
And because my financial situation isn't good, and there are also issues with work, completely redoing my nose right now is too difficult. If anyone knows a hospital that can do revision surgery just to bring out the columella with an ear cartilage graft, please DM me.
