I had full removal of silicone and ear cartilage, removal of the nasolabial implants, and rhinitis surgery too. Two days after surgery, the nasal packing was removed, and they said the silicone pads are still inside. It’s been 4 days now, but I still can’t breathe comfortably, I’m still very swollen, and my nose keeps running. They said I could use a baby nasal aspirator, so I’m using it gently. Will it get a little better by day 5? ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
