My nose used silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and they said that when removing it, they would leave the nasal tip as is, remove only the silicone, then to fill the step-off, take out ear cartilage again and fill the step-off. Has anyone heard this kind of thing during a removal consultation? For reference, it’s not one of the top three removal hospitals, and my nose doesn’t have inflammation or contracture; I’m trying to remove it because of show-through.
