I have a nasal septal perforation, but I want to leave the nasal tip and remove only the silicone

Sigh, it's my fault for using the nasal septum. I regret it so, so much. I also really regret having nose surgery after going to only one plastic surgery clinic. In the end, I had surgery in January 2023 and developed a nasal septal perforation. They used silicone for the nasal bridge, and nasal septal cartilage and ear cartilage. After surgery, the bleeding wouldn't stop, so I had a hematoma. They drew out the pooled blood with a syringe, and midway I also developed mucosal adhesion, so they separated the adhesion and packed my nose with cotton one more time. Still, thankfully, I did recover well, but it feels like the nasal silicone in particular just can't settle into place.
