I'm trying not to touch my nose as much as possible, but after nose implant removal, are you originally supposed to do massage to loosen it up? I saw it in another post, so I'm asking here

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
