It’s been about 7 months since I had the silicone removed, and I’m doing fine Sometimes I do feel a pulling sensation inside the nasal septum, but I think it’s because of what was harvested during my primary and revision surgeries, so I’m not too worried For the first month or two right after removal, it really looked extremely upturned, so I was depressed, but maybe I’ve gotten used to it or maybe it came down a bit, because it doesn’t look upturned now The problem is that the bridge of my nose got extremely low and the change in the nasal tip shape is still the same, so I think I’ll get a revision with all autologous costal cartilage
