I don’t have malocclusion, but my chin tip was long like a witch’s, so my face looked a bit long, and from the side my face generally looked flat... After reducing the length of my chin tip and having surgery on my nasal bridge and nasal tip, my face gained more dimension.. Right now I’m living with 90% satisfaction.... For reference, I’m male.... To see the change in the chin, you need to look at side-view photos, but I don’t have any side-view photos. There is still a soft, squishy feeling at the chin tip..
