It’s been 1 year since I had my nose done using autologous costal cartilage, and the nasal tip is sinking. I had surgery for deviated nasal septum and an upturned nose surgery using harvested septal cartilage, so I think the septum may have been damaged. Has anyone had septal reconstruction separately after rhinoplasty? Do all the implants have to be removed? ㅠㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
