It’s exactly like the title says. Some people might think, “Over this?” but I think everyone has different standards.
(Summary for those who don’t want to read the post below) 1. I had my first eye and nose surgery together in March 2. My nose became an extremely badly pinched nose, it wasn’t high, and they said they put in fascia, but it got absorbed within a month. 3. In November (2 weeks ago), I got A/S. Right now my left nostril/alar area is pinched (indented), lines are visible on both nostrils, and the silicone inserted in the nasal bridge has moved downward, so the bridge between my eyebrows has sunken in. The silicone is now 1.74 mm from the skin at my nasal tip. It looks like it’s about to break through my nose soon. (I noticed the silicone had moved down and told the director, and then they said we should correct it) 4. Even if I touch the nostril area just a little with my fingers, it hurts like there’s something inside. It hurts like something is in there.

Even after the revision, the pinched nose is still the same and really severe, and the silicone moved downward, so a horizontal line formed between my eyes around the middle of my pupils, and the nose between my eyebrows caved in lol The silicone slipped downward and is currently only 1.74 mm away from the skin of my nose ^^ What am I supposed to do if it breaks through? If I touch the nostril area even a little, it really hurts and bothers me like there’s something inside.
It wasn’t like this originally, but after the revision the silicone moved down, and the hospital was even trying not to see me for a one-month follow-up.
They harvested cartilage from both ears, and there were stitches behind my right ear, but the nurse didn’t even notice and just passed over it, so my ear hurt for several days. I thought I could just keep disinfecting it and applying eye ointment, but it still wasn’t healing, so I asked my boyfriend to put some medicine behind my ear. My boyfriend looked and said, “There are stitches here?? Is it okay for these to still be here??” and that’s when I found out; I had the stitches behind my ear removed two weeks after surgery. Is it really okay for a nurse not to know about that?
I’m already stressed because the revision turned out weird too, and the consultant told me that trust is important or whatever, but how am I supposed to trust them?
The biggest problem is lol I don’t have money to get revision rhinoplasty at another hospital, so what do I do? I’m stressed as it is, and my compulsive thoughts were already severe, but I really want to die.
Anyway, regardless of all that, please look at my nose, guys.

I really want to get revision surgery at another hospital right now, but I can’t because I don’t have the money. I want to die. I should’ve just paid a bit more from the start and gotten it done somewhere else. I’m going crazy, I only regret it, and I’m crying so much.
