Has anyone developed inflammation even though they didn’t use silicone from the first surgery and used only autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage? I don’t mean cases where someone had inflammation from silicone and then used rib cartilage for revision. Can inflammation still occur even when only those are used? I’m really so worried. When using only autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the first surgery, what side effects can occur, excluding absorption, warping, and an abnormal shape?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
