I’m 12 years post-op from nose surgery, and because I had a hump nose, I remember having osteotomy, silicone in the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. But from the beginning of this month, I suddenly felt a throbbing sensation around the part of the nasal bridge where glasses touch. Then after a few days it would get better, and this kept repeating, but since yesterday I’ve had a severe tightening feeling again, with spasms like someone pressed and released it continuing intermittently all day, so I suddenly started getting scared and now I’m kind of in agony.
