It seems like ㅍㄹㅁ only does repositioning. Other hospitals say it depends on the situation, but they also do binding, for anti-lifting and shape issues. But in my case, I’m removing everything because of nasal obstruction, so I’m worried because they say cartilage binding can sometimes have side effects like occasional nasal obstruction, a foreign-body sensation, or a pinched feeling. If I only do repositioning and don’t bind, can the shape still come out okay? I don’t care if it looks broad and spread out. As long as it doesn’t get extremely upturned or anything, it’s fine. My original nose wasn’t a pig nose, just a somewhat short nose. If it were you, everyone, would you only do repositioning, or would you go as far as binding too?
