I’m going to remove all the silicone, costal cartilage nasal tip, and columellar strut, but the problem is the spreader graft. I had thin ones placed on both sides using septal cartilage, and the reason was that my dorsal hump had been shaved down too much in a previous surgery, causing an open roof so I had the spreader graft to cover that. I had revision surgery also because I had nasal obstruction, so the spreader graft wasn’t done to improve the nasal obstruction; it was done to close the hump gap, but I’m afraid that problems might occur if I remove the spreader graft during removal.
