The director said, "As we lengthen the nose, the nostril wings will naturally look smaller, so you don't really need alar surgery," so I trusted him and went ahead Nasal lengthening and nasal tip surgery!! It has a natural + defined look, so I really like it!! It's been 5 months now, so as time passes the swelling should go down more and it should look more natural, right?!
