I’m from out of town, so I came to Gangnam today for consultations, and they recommended removing only the silicone through a closed approach. At first I was thinking about cartilage repositioning and so on, but honestly, I am satisfied with my nasal tip. Instead of opening it up unnecessarily and paying more, I’m thinking maybe I should do it safely with a closed approach. My concern is that since I’m from out of town, I’m wondering whether I should have the silicone removed in Gangnam or at the clinic in Busan where I had it done. If I do it at the clinic where I had it done, it would be cheaper and close to home, so follow-up treatment would be convenient. Ha, even though they say it’s a simple surgery, I’m debating whether it would be better to do it in Seoul.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
