How does the before look?

At first, they said it was possible in terms of shape, but now they say it was an extremely difficult nose and that there were limits.. They said it’s not finished yet and that it needs to be touched up after 6 months.. They say it’s not finished, but I thought at the very least it would look visibly better in shape than right before. The side view has improved compared to before, but the front view isn’t really better; it’s even more uneven and bumpy, so I brought it up. But the hospital director and consultant told me it had improved a lot and told me to look while comparing photos, but even when I look, I can’t tell.. They said they’re doing their best and it’s going well, so why am I being like this, and that it’s discouraging. I also can’t relate to having to wait another 6 months, after paying over 10 million won and waiting over a year with that nose.. I feel such a huge sense of loss.. I once posted exactly what happened as facts, and I heard from the hospital side that it had caused them some damage, so in case it harms the hospital or causes talk again, I told the consultant who said my nose had improved that I would show the photos to someone and ask, and I’m posting the photos. Am I being sensitive or weird?.. These are photos taken at the hospital, and I’m uploading them exactly as they are, with zero photo retouching. It’s been two months. Please give me your honest opinion
