I currently have septal extension, spreader grafts, and the entire nasal bridge done with autologous costal cartilage. Because of a foreign-body sensation and dissatisfaction with the shape of my nose, I went to several places for consultations about full removal. I heard at almost every place that full removal is possible, and that if the spreader grafts are preserved, the functional aspect and the strong structure of the septum can be maintained, and that in any case there would be no major problem with removal. The places I’m currently considering are ㄱㅅ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and ㅅㅇ, and I’m especially leaning a bit more toward ㅅㅇ. The director is very confident and speaks clearly …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
