I had complications after my primary rhinoplasty, so I’m going around consulting for revision surgery hospitals. They told me to remove all the implants first, wait 6 months, let it heal, and then think about revision surgery. But the removal alone is extremely expensive, so I’m conflicted. I would do the revision surgery at another hospital, but would it be unrecommended to have the removal done at the hospital where I had my primary surgery? Seeing people talk about the “top three for removal” makes me wonder if removal is a very sensitive and complicated surgery...
