At my first surgery, I had a hump nose and arrow nose, and it’s been 10 years. I used Gore-Tex very thinly, 2 mm, and septal cartilage. Now the implant is crooked and shifted to the side, so it shows through. I’m considering revision to improve the nasal tip shape and the nose looking long, and I’m prioritizing safety and a natural look the most. They said the columellar cartilage is also crooked, so my nostrils are uneven, and the columellar strut is in a very weakened state. In fact, I’ve had protruding crooked cartilage removed before. It’s okay if the nasal bridge becomes lower, but I want to maintain the current nasal tip height.
