I'm currently 4 weeks after rhinoplasty with 5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage at the nasal tip. To be honest, I like the shape, but the tenderness from the silicone is so severe that I've been getting frequent headaches, and from the standpoint of someone who could breathe so comfortably before surgery, now one side keeps being blocked, so breathing function is uncomfortable. The pulling sensation at the nasal tip doesn't show any sign of improving either. The consultant says all of this is because of swelling and told me to wait until 6 months for now, but if after that there is still no sign of improvement at all, would it be possible to do only silicone removal and cartilage repositioning at the same hospital as after-service…
