You really have to get nose surgery done well the first time,, Back then I barely did any online research or in-person consultations, and just went to one big hospital and got rhinitis + cosmetic nose surgery. During my first surgery, it seriously hurt like crazy and I had a fever.. It also felt like my nose looked a bit upturned, you know? But in the end my nose collapsed and the tip turned a bit, so since it was within 1 year, the hospital did an after-service revision for me. Thinking about it now, I feel like it might have been contracture. Of course, even now I have a step-off on my nose and the tip has collapsed a lot lol,,, It’s really true that nose surgery doesn’t end after just one or two times.. When I had my first surgery, it hurt so much that I swore I’d never do it again, but seeing how I ended up doing it again anyway lol.. Now I’m just planning to live with it collapsed as it is haha
