Is there anyone here who has removed a hump and droopy nose? I had my third revision surgery a month ago, and since I even had nostril lowering done, cartilage is showing through the nasal ala and the nostril shape is weird too. When I take this out, I want to get away from this tiresome nose, so I'm also thinking about removing everything. Right now I have no implant, a septal support strut, ear cartilage, and nostril lowering with ear cartilage. My nasal tip was originally droopy, so if I remove everything, will it droop? ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
