When I hold my nose or do something like that, there’s a fishy smell like squid. Should I go to the hospital? I didn’t put in silicone; I used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and I had rhinitis surgery and deviated septum surgery. Is there a possibility it’s inflammation? Do I need revision surgery? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
