The septal extension I had 10 years ago has lost support, so it’s completely drooping and showing through, and it feels like it might break through, so I want to have it removed. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
