I had the silicone removed because of inflammation, and the inflamed area at the nasal tip became depressed. The columella also became depressed, so my nose looks upturned ㅠㅠ I am looking into hospitals for revision surgery, so please recommend a list. I want a hospital that operates as safely and naturally as possible. A nose that is too flashy or pointy does not suit me, so I like a naturally rounded nasal tip.
