As I wrote in my previous post, I had silicone and septal cartilage used, and I don't know whether it's a septal extension or a support strut, but the columella area is extremely hard and won't lift. I also had my hump shaved down and AlloDerm inserted in my nose. I currently have severe inflammation, so I'm in a situation where I need surgery quickly. After consultations with the top three, I decided to do total removal tomorrow. I really hope it goes well
