I had surgery with L-shaped silicone and donated dermis, and I want complete removal. Not long ago, I went to the three major places. A and B said that if I want complete removal, I can do it, and that we should do complete removal with cartilage repositioning. At C, the consultant said I should get a consultation for complete removal, but when I actually had the consultation, they said to remove the silicone but use ear cartilage to do a cartilage support strut rotation graft revision surgery. But I feel like I don’t want to worry about my nose anymore, so I’m thinking I want to take everything out completely. Could anyone here who has had removal leave me some advice…
