It’s been about 3 years since my surgery. I was told Gore-Tex is expensive and has a low chance of causing contracture, so I got Gore-Tex for the nasal bridge and autologous cartilage for the nasal tip. But suddenly, starting this Monday, I’ve had an unknown tightening sensation at the nasal tip, and now the pressure on the nasal bridge is really severe There is no inflammatory reaction. It’s not red, not swollen, and even the skin is soft. I’m currently overseas, so I can’t go to Korea. Should I just have it removed here? Is this a symptom of contracture? Since there is no inflammation, even when I go to a hospital, they won’t prescribe antibiotics
